Warm welcome to our first restaurant!

At Bockholmen in the Stockholm archipelago, we have lovingly transformed an old turn-of-the-century villa into a bubbling archipelago bistro – a living room by the water that has attracted both boat lovers and city dwellers for over 23 years.

The restaurant has about 290 seats distributed across the dining room, outdoor terrace, private room, and bar. During the summer, we also open our Love Bar and Orangery, which is located right by the water's edge. In the Orangery, we invite you to the coziest private room in town, and at the Love Bar by the water, pastel-colored drinks are served in the sun before the grilling begins.

To become a successful chef with us, you need to be flexible, solution-oriented, and have good communication skills. Contribute to creating a good atmosphere among colleagues and work according to the restaurant's set goals and values.

You will be responsible for:

Preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu and recipes

Station responsibility

Ensuring high quality in taste and presentation according to the concept

Collaborating with the kitchen team for efficient service

Maintaining the kitchen's hygiene and safety standards according to HACCP

Handling and maintaining kitchen equipment and inventory

Contributing to the development of new dishes according to the concept

Being involved in the creation of recipes and calculations

Minimizing food waste

Being aware of and following allergen procedures

Being involved in planning for the purchase of raw materials

Being involved in inventory

Being aware of and working according to the company's policies

Salary by agreement and rolling schedule (day, evening, and weekend). Start and end dates by agreement, but expect May-September. There is of course the possibility of extending the employment for the right person.
